Testimonials
This course provided the best insight to Leadership I have ever
come across. It has helped me to understand why some initiatives
have failed, and the confusion inconsistent information can cause.
For anyone who has responsibility at work for managing people this
course is a must.
Courtaulds Jersey Underwear Ltd
This course was affective because it didn't just suggest what you
should be doing. It gave you the background and knowledge to
assess for yourself what you should be doing.

Paul is really good at setting the tone, as he said "leaders
set the tone". His speech is entertaining and cognitive at
the same time - full of facts and examples. He works with the
audience in such a warm and personal way. He provokes the audience
where necessary. He enables you to grow - Paul uses his research
with evidence of leadership in action.
