JOB TITLE	Foreign Exchange Clerk
SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE	All foreign exchange function, administration and interviews.

MAIN DUTIES
Interviews and actioning of the following functions: Documentary Operations: Import L/C establishment, amendments and payments Export L/C establishment / advise; negotiated: sight insurance FBCI establishments and payments Export L/C amendments FBCO establishments and payments FEC establishments Covers Offshore loans Operations: Swift in Swift out TT’s out TT’s incoming Bankdrafts RTV’x per advice RTA per ref no BIWV pr ref no BIWV / Clean collections Banknotes Exchange control: Applications and approvals F178 incoming attested F178 paid F178 follow up Non-res: authorizations Non-res: activity
