- Acceptance of balance sheets and cash flow statements
- Debit orders, ATM Cards, Stop payments etc (Enquiries thereof)
- Travellers cheques (Internal and External)
- Foreign exchange
- Safe Custody documents
- Issuing of Letter of Acceptance and Guarantees (New Business)
General:
- Obtain broker leads from the brokers
- Complete all required correspondence
- Train staff with regard to product knowledge and sales technique
- Attend sales and training sessions to improve knowledge
- Have knowledge of all new products and services offered by all the different departments
with the group
- Refer clients to other divisions if necessary
- Handling of all promotions as determined by the sales manager
- Help sales manager when marketing action plan is being set up
- Self development
- Liaise with Treasury for latest Interest Rates
- Resolving queries unable to be resolve by enquiry counter
- Do credit checks to approve credit etc.
Administration and Documentation:
- Completion of all documents refer to Manager
After-sales Service:
- Follow up with clients to determine if all their needs were met
Telesales:
- Work through listings and other resources to service existing as well as to find new
clients to do business with
- Co-ordinate with Sales Manager and Credit Manager to establish the VIP clients to offer
certain packages
- Contact clients by phone offering new packages and products
- If unable to contact by phone, do letters and follow up by phone if no reply is received
from the letter
- Arrange appointments to finalize business
