| MAIN DUTIES | |
| General: Receive management as well as clients for the advisors Help with the general typing of the branch Payment of accounts Handle corporate clothing Drawing of computer messages Act as supervisor banking hall (Depending on size of the branch) The leads brought about in the daily functions to be passed on to the Sales department Relief of inquiries during lunch times (Depending on size and need of the branch) Secretarial Duties: Typing of letters, documents and management correspondence The use of a filing system Manage and control diary activities Receive clients Arrange functions and meetings when necessary Keeping of minutes Arrangement of tea and coffee Making of management telephone calls Preparation of files for appointments Personnel Administration: Ensure that all correspondence concerning personnel administration is completed / coded and forwarded to the Payroll department (New appointments, resignations, changes, travel cost claims, club movies, temporary staff etc) The capture of leave, biographical changes and overtime Preparation of appointment documentation Control payment vouchers, leave forms, attendance registers, change of mandates, IRP5s Maintenance of personnel files Corporate Clothing: Keep personnel informed of the dress code of the corporate clothing to portray a professional image Arrange fitting sessions in co-operation with Regional co-ordinator Acknowledge clothing and distribute to personnel Pay the suppliers account, calculate the subsidy and loan amounts and complete journals Advise payroll of the deductions and do the monthly updates of the deduction cards Reconcile the ledger account monthly Address inquiries made by staff |
