GUEST SERVICES MANAGER (Front office) * Reception and Front office staff coordination & Management. * Assists with all reception tasks, including computer work, assist & guide reservations, Curio shop control. (House Keeping) * Control and Manage House keeper & laundry. * Room checks, Controlling room standards. * Manage and control rooms budget and expenses. * GENERAL: Duty Management, statistics, training & disciplinary action, Coordinate Guest activities assist with F & B when required. GUEST SERVICE ATTENDANTS (Reception functions) * Switchboard functions, Reception & Cashiering duties. * Guest registration, balancing shifts through computer. * Banking,Typing,Filing, work in curio shop. * Distribute arrival Departure lists. * Assists with room checks, F&B service, organise excursions , walks & drives. * Assist at other Lodge if required. RESERVATIONS / SECRETARY (Back office functions) * All Lodge Reservations, Typing,Filing,Correspondence. * Guest records, Data capture, Assist with front desk and Curio if required. LODGE ATTENDANTS * lodge cleaning and servicing all rooms & public areas. * Laundry duties, washing, Ironing & drying. * Assist with breakfast service if necessary. * Assist at the other lodge if necessary. LODGE ATTENDANT SUPERVISOR * Assist in laundry * Place orders & monitor Guest supplies and cleaning materials. * Budget control on expenses. * Manage Laundry: Staffing, relieving at other lodge etc. * Stock takes & operating equipment control. * Room checks and standards. * Staff training F & B MANAGER / KITCHEN SUPERVISOR *KITCHEN: Function as Head chef (menu planning, staffing,food preparation and service,purchasing,deliveries, storage control,Issue control and training. *RESTAURANT: Monitor & control service standards, staffing, bar stock and duties, budget controls, food & beverage, stock takes. System implementation and execution. *MANAGEMENT: Duty management, cashing up, control and purchasing, operating equipment, monitor and control other lodge, Food & beverage. Train reception and ranger staff in food service. GUEST HOSTESS SUPERVISOR * Bar/cellar - purchasing, issuing and control. * Assist in bar,monitor and assist with food service as restaurant manager, control and organise conference room equipment. * Duty Management, assist in kitchen & with food production, stock takes and results. GROUNDSMAN * Pool cleaning & maintenance, cosmetic appeal,gardening (lawns, weeding,mowing and raking) parking area, assist with luggage and bush clearing when required. LODGE MAINTENANCE MANAGER * Maintaining roads, fences,water systems, controlling, preventative maintenance plan for Safari, Tree lodge, and bush lodge, Correcting building defects. * Organising and monitoring contractors, maintaining equipment. GAME RANGERS * Safaris, Assist guests on arrival, collecting guests at gate. * plan guest activities, host guest at meal times, assist with guest services. * Do game walks and trails. * Assist with farm maintenance and patrols. LODGE NIGHT ATTENDANT * Security patrols, watch for fire, animal threats etc. * Assist guest after hours, radio & telephone communication in emergency, assist with reception tasks after hours if required. * Communicate with gate security.
