PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
COMMENCEMENT OF THE LABOUR RELATIONS AMENDMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 127 OF 1998)
In terms of section 30 of the Labour Relations Amendment Act, 1998 (Act No. 127 of 1998), I hereby determine that the Amendment Act shall come into operation on 1 February 1999.
