PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
COMMENCEMENT OF THE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 97 OF 1998)
In terms of section 39 (2) of the Skills Development Act 1998 (Act No. 97 of 1998), I hereby determine that Chapter 1, Chapter 2 and Chapter 7, excluding section 27 (2) (a) and (b) and section 30, provisions of the Act which have not been promulgated shall come into operation on 2 February 1999.
