Job Description
|
· Facilitate adherence to applicable Industrial Relations Policies, Procedures and Agreements. · Responsible for successful co-ordination of all disciplinary hearing and grievances. · Arrange and implement induction programme for existing and new employees. · Assist with administration ad capture of human resources functions. · Documentation and filing. · Assist in management statistical information. · To carry out any other duties as and when required by the supervisor
The following requirements are applicable:
· A relevant diploma combined with at least 2-3 year’s experience is essential. · The candidate must be familiar with the following legislation: Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act. · Must have the ability to liaise effectively at all levels. · Computer literate - Word and Excel in particular. · Good communication skills and problem solving skills. · Minimum of 3 years related experience in an administrative training position.
