"visits"—to your site during the specified report period. A
visit refers to a series of requests from a uniquely identified client. A
visit starts with the first request from the client and remains active as
long as the period between subsequent requests from the client does not
exceed a set "time-out" period. After a visit "times
out", LiveStats counts a request from the same client as the start of a
new visit. Notes: ·
Clients are uniquely identified either by their IP
address, or—if LiveStats has been configured to support cookies—their
cookie. ·
By default, the session "time out" period
is 15 minutes. This period is configurable. ·
This report includes visits from automated users
such as search engine robots. Impressions (Page Views)
Report The Page Views Per Visit report tracks the average number of pages viewed
per visit to your web site. The Page Views Per Visit report helps you spot
changes in the level of interest in your web site. For example, you can use
the monthly or quarterly report to test whether changes to your site's
navigational structure and content are translating into an increase in the
average number of pages viewed in a visit. An increase in the average
indicates that people are staying longer once they reach your site. Notes: q
A page view is a successful request for a file

page, or form - classified as a page by the Virtual Server Administrator.

A successful "refresh" or
"reload" results in the page being delivered again, so LiveStats
counts it as another page view. q
A "visit" is defined as one or more page
requests from a uniquely identified client. A visit expires after a set

RIGHT TO REFUSE UNACCEPTABLE
ADVERTISING: Workinfo
reserves the right to refuse any advertisement banner that does not
completely conform to every detail, instruction, method, and guideline set
in the Ad Specifications. Workinfo reserves the right to refuse any
advertisement that does not arrive three (3) business days before the
Advertiser would like the advertisement to appear online. Workinfo may, at
its sole discretion, refuse the use of any advertising that it deems
inappropriate. TRUTH IN ADVERTISING /
INDEMNIFICATION FOR LIABILITY: Advertiser is solely
responsible for any legal liability arising out of or relating to (1) the
Advertisement, and/or (2) any material to which users can link through the
Advertisement. Advertiser represents and warrants that the Advertisement and
Link comply with Workinfo advertising standards; that it holds the necessary
rights to permit the use of the Advertisement and Link by Workinfo for the
purpose of this Agreement; and that the use, reproduction, distribution, or
transmission of the Advertisement will not violate any criminal laws or any
rights of any third parties, including, but not limited to, such violations
as infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, patent, trademark,
trade secret, music, image, or other proprietary or property right, false
advertising, unfair competition, defamation, invasion of privacy or rights
of celebrity, violation of any anti discrimination law or regulation, or any
other right of any person or entity. Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold
Workinfo harmless from any and all liability, loss, damages, claims, or
causes of action, including reasonable legal fees and expenses that may be
incurred by Workinfo, arising out of or related to Workinfo's breach of any
of the foregoing representations and warranties. Advertiser further agrees
to pay all legal fees and costs incurred by Workinfo in defense of any such
claim or action. Advertiser hereby
renounces all benefits from the exceptions hereinafter specially referred
to, and all other exceptions which might or could be pleaded in bar to the
validity of the debt or any part thereof, with the meaning and effect of
which exceptions advertiser declares
him/herself to be perfectly acquainted. In particular, advertiser
renounces
all benefits from the legal exceptions "non causa debiti",
“locus non effecto apparato”,
"non numeratae pecuniae", "de errore calculi", "revision
of accounts" and "no value received". LIMITATION ON DAMAGES: IN NO
EVENT WILL WORKINFO BE LIABLE TO ADVERTISER FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF
CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT
WORKINFO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. ASSIGNMENT: Advertiser may not assign this
agreement, in whole or in part, without Workinfo written consent. Any
assignment of this Agreement without such consent will be unenforceable,
null, and void. GOVERNING LAW: This
Agreement will be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with
the laws of ABILITY TO ENTER INTO
AGREEMENT: By
signing this agreement, Advertiser warrants that Advertiser is at least 18
years of age, and that there is no legal reason that Advertiser cannot enter
into a binding contract. PAYMENT: Monies
due pursuant hereto must be paid within 30 days from invoice date.
Reasonable attorney fees and collection costs at the maximum allowable by
law will be payable by the client if the account is delinquent. Payments
will first be applied to interest, attorney fees, and then finally to the
principal amounts due. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This
Agreement, including any and all exhibits, attachments, and addenda, are the
complete and exclusive agreement between the parties with respect to the
subject matter hereof, superseding and replacing any and all prior
agreements, communications, and understandings (both written and oral)
regarding such subject matter. The terms and conditions of this Agreement
will prevail over any contrary or inconsistent terms in any purchase order.
This Agreement may only be modified, or any rights under it waived, by a
written document executed by both parties. ADS The
text and format of all Ads shall be subject to WORKINFO’s then-current
technical standards. WORKINFO may refuse to disseminate any Ad at any time
in its sole discretion, and it may cease promoting an Ad or take any other
remedial step if, in WORKINFO’s sole discretion, the Ad might create
liability for WORKINFO or degrade the user experience. WORKINFO does not
undertake to review Ads for accuracy or the possibility that Ads
may create liability to third parties. REPORTING: WORKINFO
shall provide periodic standard reports about each Ad. Although WORKINFO
uses reliable tools to generate reports, WORKINFO cannot ensure that such
reports are accurate in all respects. WORKINFO does not generate impression
reports. Should the Advertiser require impression reports, this will be
solely for the Advertiser's account. LICENSE: Advertiser
hereby grants to WORKINFO a worldwide, nonexclusive, sublicenseable license
to: (a) use, copy, distribute, modify, perform and display all materials it
provides to WORKINFO as necessary or desirable for disseminating Ads in
accordance with this Agreement, and (b) use all associated trademarks in
connection therewith. GENERAL: If
performance hereunder (other than payment) is interfered with by any
condition beyond a party’s reasonable control, the affected party shall be
excused from performance to the extent of such condition. The parties are
independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture or
employee-employer relationship is intended or created by the Agreement. Any
notices hereunder shall be in writing and delivered to the address specified
above or such other address as specified in writing. Notice shall be deemed
given: upon personal delivery; if sent by fax, upon confirmation of receipt;
or if sent by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, 5 days after
