Cyber Dispute Manager)
As from 1st October we
will be making a new labour
dispute management product
available to all our subscribers.
This product will provide advisory
services as well as protect
employers against costly legal
costs and damages associated
with allegations of unfair labour
practices. Employers will be
able to sign up on our website and
will be able to avail themselves of
the following benefits :
- Membership to a reputable Employers
Organisation (this will
enable labour professionals to
assist you in complying with the
rules and regulations as well as
accompany you to the CCMA,
Bargaining Councils and Labour
Court)
- Financial protection by way of
an insurance product to cover
all legal fees and damages
- Free telephonic legal advice
on any labour law issue
The product will provide between
R35 000 and R100 000 of cover per
annum and costs will start at about
R200 per month depending on the size
of the organisation and the type of
service or cover required.
The insurance product is
underwritten by Antares
Underwriters, an agency of
ABSA Insurance Company. The
employers organisations are the Federated
Employers Organisation of South
Africa (FEOSA) and the National
Organisation for Small and Medium
Employers of South Africa (NOSMESA)
who, between them provide labour
services to over 4 000 employers
countrywide.
