The IPM is a
professional education and
development organisation committed
to providing access to Human
Resource knowledge, skills and
experience for its stakeholders, by
being proactive in instructional and
development technology and HR
trends. It is the largest single
organisation in Africa and
represents over 7 000 professionals
working in the field of people
management and people development.
The IPM is a non-profit
organistation and has been in
existence for almost 5 decades.

- ANNUAL CONVENTION
Held each year,
this popular event gives members
the opportunity to get away from
it all and to spend three days
sharing ideas and soaking up the
wisdom of a range of high-calibre
speakers. Featuring workshops,

the Annual IPM Convention has
become one of the biggest

South Africa. The Convention will
take place from 3-5 August 2003 at

The IPM offers a
