The Graduate Institute of Management and Technology presented the Survey results in association with People Dynamics (www.ipm.co.za ), and Equity-Skills News and Views (www.equityskillsweb.com)

Bheki Sibiya, the President of the Black Management Forum (BMF), chairman of BMF Intellect and CEO of Bhekokuhle Consulting presented the salary survey findings. He has climbed the ladder within BMF from ordinary member to the Presidency of the organisation. He is also chairman of BMF Intellect.
