This survey, focuses on demands and settlements reached during annual wage negotiations. This Survey will greatly assist employers in preparing for these wage negotiations. Your response will be kept confidential and your organization will not be identified as a participant to others. As a participant you will be entitled to the full report free of charge.

The next Survey will be run during July / August 2003 and be ready for release by October 2003. This Survey will be combined with a Wage Negotiation / Industrial Relations. The Survey will once again be run in association with The Graduate Institute of Management and Technology. This will allow practitioners to make informed decisions for budgeting purposes and the development of strategic plans. This Survey will also have captured the majority of increases awarded during 2003 since over 80% of increases are awarded during the period January to July.
