Jobs & Youth... towards 2030 sustainability
In November the United Nations [UN] endorsed the Global Initiative on Decent Jobs for Youth - an ILO [International Labour Organisation] initiative intended to contribute achieving the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Workplace... what women want
The recent launch of the new partnership between the ILO [International Labour Organisation] initiative and GALLUP will, according to ILO Director-General Guy Ryder, provide new insights on the needs and aspirations of women in the global workplace. He also believes the research will contribute to delivering on the promise of decent work for women.
The world poll will occur from January to October 2016 and the report is intended to be launched in March 2017 on International Women's Day.
