HIV\AIDS Awareness

What have you done to create awareness and understanding of managing HIV/AIDS in the workplace? All Employers have a responsibility to ensure that they create a non-discriminatory environment with regards to HIV/AIDS in the workplace. 

When you join us for this half day session you will have the skills and knowledge to create an interactive and practical approach to understanding and managing HIV/AIDS in the workplace. You will also in the process be ticking the boxes of the following legislation:

1. HIV/Aids in South Africa

2. Responsibilities of Employers in line with current legislation:

  •       Skills Development Act

3. Creation and content of a HIV/AIDS Policy
